"Dream destination: I had always wanted to go to Kedarnath ji and Badrinath ji in Uttarakhand, however I could not dare to think about going to the Dhams above, as it involved a lot of walking or moving on a horse or a Palki. Dhams materialising: However this year I saw an advertisement regarding going to the above two places on a helicopter, I was very enthusiastic and found it very encouraging to go to the places. I spoke to one of the high officials in the Government of Uttarakhand. She helped me in coming across to know the Rudraksha aviation agency who offers charter services to the above places. The above places are the most revered places or pilgrimage places for Hindus. It is like a lifetime experience and blessing of the Almighty to make it to these places. Having heard about an aviation agency like Rudraksh I immediately spoke to captain P K Chhabri ji of the agency. He was very confident about taking me to the two places mentioned above. I explained that I am a woman with a disability. To that he said that they cater to such persons who cannot even take one step forward. This gave me a lot of confidence and I immediately took the decision to pay for going to the above two places. Journey getting planned: After payment was done I was always having many questions as I was travelling alone. Every time I spoke to captain Chhabri I had always felt that he was empathetically listening to my queries and answering them which made me feel very comfortable to take this journey ahead with this charter services. Some extra money certainly I had to shell out, for the services of the Porter that were required in that hilly terrain. As I did not have my family with me I thought it is worth paying for such porters who took all the trouble to carry me on their back and take me to the Sanctum sanctorum , that is the Garba griha, where the Gods are placed. Journey commences: I started the journey on the flying date on the First of June 2025. This was the time I met Captain Chhabri for the first time in person. Again he gave me confidence that his team would be there in all the places while going to Kedar and Badri and also to take me around the temple. While I was boarding the helicopter I used a stick as well as orthosis but I had the least of trouble in climbing the steps of the helicopter and taking the seat. The steward served us in flight refreshment while going towards Guptkashi, consisting of sandwich juice etc. Helicopter ride and alight: I must describe the way the helicopters are kept and the way the passengers are boarded and deboarded the helicopter, is worth mentioning. Whenever a chopper stops a team of young boys put their head down and go towards the chopper. They open the doors and take the passengers out to alight from the chopper. Another set of persons take the passengers and help them board the helicopter and also their bags from the tail end. The entire activity gets done in a brief spell of few minutes. The whole seems like a synchronised Opera. Breathtaking Uttarakhand: While I was flying the chopper the scenery of Uttarakhand landscape through the Himalayan range and valleys seemed magnificent. It was certainly a lifetime experience. Journey of Kedar: After having reached Kedar as promised by Captain Chhabri, I found his men were there who got me a pitthu, who took me to the temple and helped me take the Darshan. I must congratulate the State Government for the arrangements made in such locations, a difficult hilly terrain. Having completed the Darshan I was again escorted to a 6 seater helicopter and came back to Guptkashi. There was arrangement for rest in the resort. Roses were all around in the resort, like a film set. As per my choice I was served the lunch of "khichdi" which was very good to eat. After about an hour's rest I went to Badrinath in a 20 seater helicopter which was an hour's journey from Gupta Kashi. Journey to Badrinath: Aerial view of Badrinath was simply awesome. The mountains were getting snow covered. We experienced light drizzle on the way."

"I have to commend the entire team of rudraksha aviation for making possible my trip from dehradun to do dbaam by helicopter. There were delays due to mechanical and other issues and I lost my cool. That is when the head person spoke up and guaranteed me we would do both darshan by the end of the day.
